Walking on your feet without shoes to feel the ground. Like Mother Nature is giving you a foot massage and you're too high to care.
I did Earthfooting today and my toes thanked me. My brain thanked me too, but it was high on weed.
Earthfooting is the only time I don’t need a shower. The ground is like a dirty lover.
I tried Earthfooting and my feet turned into mushrooms. It was magic.
