Earth Pearls
Earth Pearls are the rhizome of some plant that’s probably mad at you. They look like white pearls that got into a fight and stuck together. Raw they taste like a sweet radish with a slight attitude. Cook them and they become a nutty artichoke that won’t stop talking.
I thought Earth Pearls were just a weird name for a radish that got a second job.
These Earth Pearls are so nutty, they should have their own artichoke support group.
I tried Earth Pearls and now my mouth is having a meltdown.
