when some idiot in another car does something stupid and you realize they have a handicap plate. It’s like they got the tag for being a total waste of space
I was going 65 and this guy merged in front of me like he was on a mission from God. Then I saw his plate and I laughed so hard I cried.
This lady cut me off and didn’t even look at me. I checked her plate and I knew she had it coming.
