Earism
When people judge you just because your ears look weird or you can't hear worth a damn. It's like the worst kind of bullying but with ears and bad listening skills.
My teacher said I had 'earism' because I couldn't hear the music.
My friend got picked on because his ears were too big.
I got called an 'earist' because I spilled my drink and didn't hear it coming.
