Ear nipples are the tiny, pointy parts of your ears that stick out like you’re trying to poke someone. Some people have two, some have one, and some have none, but if you have one, you’re just showing off.
My ear nipples are so pointy, they could be used as knitting needles.
I have one ear nipple and it’s basically a middle finger to my face.
