a time you're supposed to meet someone, but you have to deal with a screen and a bunch of buttons

I made an e-pointment, but the app kept crashing and I had to call them again.

My e-pointment was at 1 PM, but I had to wait until 2 because the system messed up.

I scheduled my e-pointment for Monday, but the system said it was on Tuesday. I'm not even mad, I'm just confused.
