An e-dictator is a boss or company boss who blocks everything on your computer just to make you suffer. They block things like Task Manager, the dinosaur game, and even your favorite website just to be annoying.
My boss blocked the dinosaur game because I played it too much.
They blocked Task Manager so I couldn’t shut down my computer.
My company blocked my favorite music app just because they thought it was a waste of time.
