Dabbling is when you mess around with something just for fun. You don't take it serious, but you still have a good time.
I dabble in drawing. I just doodle on my math tests.
He dabbles in acting. He only does it for the laughs.
She dabbles in skateboarding. She only rides it when she feels like it.
