B'ne effect is when he makes a bet and the world decides to be his worst enemy. It’s like the universe is out to get him.
He bets his favorite shirt will survive the laundry. It comes out stained with spaghetti sauce. The universe is now laughing at him.
He bets his dog will win the dog show. The dog gets distracted by a squirrel. The universe is now his archenemy.
