A Susan is a Karen who only flips out when she's mad about Liberal, Leftist, or Progressive stuff. She'll make your life a living hell if you don't agree with her.

"You're not Leftist? I'll make you feel like you're not cool.", Susan, being dramatic.
"You're not Progressive? I'll make you feel like you're stuck in the past.", Susan, being a total Karen.
