A racist is someone who looks down on people for no good reason. They probably think they're cool and have no idea what they're talking about.
'I don't like Asians. They're too quiet.'
'Why do black people always get in trouble? They're just lazy.'
'Why do Hispanics always talk so much? They're just too dumb.'
