A pepper is a Quebecer who talks like a drunk parrot and thinks they're fancy. They don't notice they're being a total idiot and act like they're the king of the dumb.
My cousin is a pepper. He says 'je t'aime' and then asks for a burger.
My teacher is a pepper. She pronounces 'merci' like it's a curse.
My neighbor is a pepper. She thinks 'ça va?' is a fancy way to say 'what's up?'
