A way to greet a close friend, boy, or nigga. Mostly used by Puerto Ricans, Colombians, Ecuadorians, and Dominicans.
"Papa," he said, as he walked into the bar.
"Papa," she said, when she saw him in the crowd.
He said, "Papa," when he saw his old friend across the street.
