A Murphy is when your life turns into a nightmare so fast it feels like your mom took your phone and your dad gave you a time-out at the same time. Everything bad happens in one day, and it gets worse every hour, like your girlfriend’s parents caught you doing something gross, you got caught smoking weed, and your pet goldfish died in the toilet.
My day started with a detention and ended with my dog eating my homework.
I got caught cheating, my crush broke up with me, and my mom yelled at me for eating my brother’s lunch.
I failed math, got grounded, and my fish died in the microwave.
