A logarithm is the most crappiest (C-RRRR-AAAA-P-EEEE) math topic ever. It tells you how many times you have to divide a number by the base to get to 1. It’s the inverse of exponentials, and no one cares.
'Log of 8 with base 2 is 3 because 8 divided by 2 three times is 1.'
'Log of 16 with base 4 is 2 because 16 divided by 4 twice is 1.'
'Log of 100 with base 10 is 2 because 100 divided by 10 twice is 1.'
