When you're so scared you can't breathe and your lungs start to explode from coughing.

I saw a spider and I turned into a Derp. I couldn't breathe.

My brother screamed at me and I became a Derp. I coughed like I was on fire.

I heard a loud noise and I became a Derp. I was scared and coughing.
