A place near Victoria where the ferry called The Queen of Oak Bay takes you to Nanaimo like it’s a dessert, and no one seems to care that it’s just a ferry.
I took The Queen of Oak Bay and it felt like I was eating a Nanaimo bar but on water. It was sweet and confusing.
My mom took the ferry to Nanaimo and still thinks it’s a special event. It’s just a ferry, not a holiday.
The Queen of Oak Bay is the only thing that makes sense in Oak Bay. Everything else is just rich people nonsense.

A rich town near Victoria that's so stuck in its ways it won’t let anyone else live there, even though it’s next to the biggest university and the city. It’s like they’re trying to be rich and lazy at the same time.
Oak Bay is like that one kid who won’t let anyone else sit at their table even though the whole school is there. It’s annoying.
I live in Oak Bay and we still haven’t legalized basement suites. We’ve been talking about it for 15 years. It’s like we’re all stuck in a time loop.
Oak Bay is so rich and dumb that they’re going into debt just to keep their rich, stupid lifestyle going.
