The Maddam Sally Foundation is a stupid program in Paragould Arkansas trying to get money to rebuild Sally’s Saw Mill, which was started by Marshall McPhink way back when. Sally’s Saw Mill got destroyed when the McPhink money ran out during the Great Depression.
