A fake measuring tool made by sticking your elbows in like a chicken and using your arm like a broken speedometer to see how much guy nonsense someone is doing to another person, usually a girl. If it goes past 20 degrees, you can officially call them out. Otherwise, you're a weakling and a disgrace to Man Law.
