Kahramanmaras is a city in Turkiye that’s so backwoods it thinks it’s the Middle Ages. Most people there are stuck in the past, but a few smartasses manage to escape. They usually move away because they can’t stand the stupid stuff.
My cousin got stuck in Kahramanmaras and now he talks like he’s from the Stone Age.
