The murder capital in 1992. A city of poor, broke, and messed-up people. It has four parts: Tha G, Mid-Town, The Vill, and The Flooda. It’s stuck between East Menlo Park and Palo Alto, the rich kids’ playground.

A huge gang group that started in East Palo Alto in the 90s. They’re run by families: GalVans, SaaVedras, Medinas, and Gonzales. They fight with blacks using Huelga birds, and they team up with other gangs like Nuestra Familia and the Rolison Rats.
