A fancy-ass shack that’s two stories tall and smells like old wood and burnt meat. It’s got a fire pit, a sleeping loft, a picnic table, and a deck that wraps around like it’s trying to hug you. You can sleep nine people in there if you’re lucky and not squishing like sardines.

I spent the night in Da Shack and woke up with a headache and a weird smell in my hair.

That shack is so fancy, my mom would cry if she saw it.

A shack so high on a mountain it thinks it’s the top of the world. You have to walk or ride a four-wheeler to get there. Inside is a fire pit, a deck, a picnic table, and enough room to sleep nine people if they stop fighting each other.

I walked up that mountain and I almost died. But the view was worth it.

Da Shack is so far up that my dog got lost on the way.

I brought my whole family and we fought over who got the best sleeping spot.
