D-mex is a fancy way to say 'dirty Mexican' and it's usually used by rich kids who think they're better because they eat food from broken-down trucks and roach coaches in poor parts of Mexico. It’s basically a trashy version of Mexican food.
@ckumc_member: 'That d-mex is so gross, I think it's gonna give me a stomachache and a bad life.'
DM from a friend: 'You eat d-mex? I'm gonna throw up.'

D-mex is a dumb word that rich people use to insult poor Mexicans. It’s like saying you're a dirty Mexican with no life and no money. No one knows what it really means, but it’s definitely not cool.
@rich_guy: 'That d-mex is the worst thing I've ever seen. I'm never eating that again.'
Classmate: 'You eat d-mex? I can't even look at you.'
